[The Factory Kitchen] Los Angeles, CA

之前在LA很有名的義大利麵,杏仁Basil pesto還蠻有趣的,不錯吃但沒到我想像中的驚艷。


Porchetta - rolled pork belly, aromatic herbs, red onion, carrots, fennel, celery

餐廳在工業區之類的地方。環境很rustic,還有open kitchen可看廚師們做義大利麵或是其他料理,氣氛還蠻不錯的,食物也算是ok,不錯吃但沒到很美味。跟Bestia還是不能比.....
