感覺LA很流行混合各種料理盡情發揮創意 很多這種fusion或是實驗性食物的地方
Black Hogg感覺挺hipster的 但又很cozy 那種氣氛真讓人回想起Seattle
主要是Asian Fusion 小小一間店生意不錯 沒訂位的話也要排一段時間
還好早點到沒排隊就坐在bar了
Pork Belly Tacos
Slow roasted heritage pork belly, fuji apple slaw, jalapeño relish
Egg-in-a-hole mushroom toast
Toasted brioche toast, poached egg, hen of the wood and shimeji mushrooms
Marrow burger
Secret house burger blend, onion two ways, roast marrow
食物搭配有些還挺有趣，不過驚艷倒是沒有，算是吃新鮮好玩吧
