點了四種品種先試口味 Kumamoto最好吃




Steak tartar

說是西雅圖最熱門的Oyster bar也不為過吧 使用當地生產的食材
廚師Renee Erickson算是有名氣的廚師 曾被James beard提名 
不可訂位 還不到下午四點就有超過十個人在門口等開店
Anthony Bourdain也有在Layover裡介紹過這家
店內明亮歡快些微略擠 Oysters好吃 其他菜也相當不錯 Cocktails不錯
